Call-to-action: free demo stand at LogiVille for start-ups with logistical application possibilities via FIT (Flanders Investment & Trade)

Are you a startup with an innovative technology for logistics and part of the Startup.Flanders community? Seize your chance to  be visible for free for six months in the leading innovation centre LogiVille thanks to the partnership between VIL and Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT).

What is LogiVille?

LogiVille is VIL’s vibrant innovation center with more than 50 innovative partners. B2B visitors will be guided by VIL innovation ambassadors who will immerse them in the latest market-ready innovations: from AMRs to AI optimization, from sustainable packaging to inventory drones. The visitors indicate which partners and innovations they want to get in touch with, which in turn generates leads for the innovation partners. More info? www.logiville.be.

What do we offer you?

  • Free demo stand thanks to FIT, from 1 March 2026 to 31 October 2026

  • Daily demonstration of your technology to B2B visitors

  • Lead follow-up via the LogiVille platform

Who can apply? Selection criteria

  • You are part of FIT’s Startup.Flanders

  • You are a startup with a logistically relevant innovation

  • You can set up a nice demo (more than just a video)

  • You will be available for onboarding (setting up the booth) in February 2026

How to participate?

Send the following documents to Domien Stubbe (VIL) by e-mail no later than Sunday 11 January 2026 at 18:00 CET: domien.stubbe@vil.be.

  • Your company details + short description

  • Concise description of your technology (max. 20 lines)

  • Description of what you want to show in the demo mode of LogiVille

  • Statement that you are able to install the demo between 2 and 6 March 2026

Selection criteria?

The candidate startups will be selected in the week of 12 to 16 January 2026 based on the following three weighting factors:

  • Innovation level: 50%

  • Tangible set-up with demonstration: 40%

  • Use case as support: 10%

All candidates will be informed in writing.
