Participation in this event is free for Log!Ville partners, VIL members, Flanders Make members and visitors of the current Thematic Tours ‘Smart Vehicles’. Each company may register 3 people for free for this event. Other participants must pay 150.00 euro (excl. VAT). The registrations will close on the 19th of June.

If you are unable to attend, you may unregister free of charge until June 21, 2024, 2 p.m., at the mail address: booking@logiville.be. Participants who cancel too late or are absent without notifying will be charged an administrative fee of 85.00 euros (excluding VAT).
